, Marketing, nonprofit management, or another relevant field -
5+ years of nonprofit leadership or foundation management experience-
Experience in fund development, including donor relations and grant writing.-
Familiarity with the Inland Empire's community and philanthropic landscape.

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for: -
Build a strong foundation by working in collaboration with key members of the Executive Team, lead operational planning and infrastructure development-
Design and execute fund development plan focused on sustainability through fundraising, campaigns, grant proposals, and donor engagement efforts-
Design new programmatic initiatives to address the community needs in alignment with the Credit Union and Foundation missions-
Develop and grow the Foundation's social media presence, including leading the creation of a dynamic content strategy and collaborating with Credit Union leadership in website and content development-
Manage the annual scholarship and small business grant awarding process in collaboration with the Credit Union leadership team-
Track and report metrics on outcomes across all Foundation programs


The selected candidate will also possess: -
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, nonprofit management, or another relevant field.-
5+ years of nonprofit leadership or foundation management experience.-
Experience in fund development, including donor relations and grant writing.-
Strong strategic planning and project and program management capabilities.-
Excellent communication and presentation skills.-
Familiarity with the Inland Empire's community and philanthropic landscape.-
Experience with building or scaling nonprofit operations.-
Knowledge of scholarship program administration and alumni engagement.-
Background in financial literacy, education, or economic mobility programming.
Salary Range: $38-$48/hr
